摘要
This paper presents the design and implementation of a window-based interactive digital control development system, the PC-DSPLab, using the state of art digital signal processors from Texas Instruments. The PC-DSPLab consists of a dual-DSP (TMS320C52 and TMS 320C14) PC-based add-on card and a window-based (Microsoft Windows 3.1) interactive control software package. A dual-DSP hardware architecture has been developed for the realization of sophisticated digital control algorithms. The designed system provides facilities for on-line interactive data monitoring and parameter tuning of a DSP-based control system. A high-level digital controller description language, the Control-C language, has been developed to realize the digital controller in an algorithmic level. Object-oriented paradigm has been applied to the design of the software of this interactive development system. The developed PC DSPLab provides an interactive environment for the realization of sophisticated control algorithms using advanced DSP. Examples are also given for illustration of the designed system.
