摘要

To goal of this paper is to explore the development of customer- centric business model to advance the understanding of the importance of customer engagement in the business model creation and especially compare the evolution of business models of different types of founding teams to take the impact of business model designers into consideration. In addition, this research shows the resource searching process after start-up, which enriches the understanding of the mechanisms influencing value delivery and capture, In addition, we explore the impact of resource fungibility on value delivery and capture. The results show that founding teams’ purposes to start a venture and their mindsets influence their strategic actions to collect and process customer information and lead to different approaches to construct the customer-centric business model in the same emerging market, the mobile health market.
