abstract = "Nowadays rich media provides webpages with visually appealing and dynamic contents, such as 3D graphics, animation, and vector graphics. SVG, an XML-based language, can be used as the heart of a rich media engine. In this paper, a rich media engine based on SVG/OpenVG and OpenGLES is introduced. We mainly focus on the system design and detail optimizations at various levels. At the end, we will show test results, and talk about the future work.",
