Stochastic resonances in enzyme, K-ATPase, with cyclic conformational changes was analyzed under complex fluctuations to understand the role of polychromatic noises on its signal transduction. It was observed that a change in the electric moment, associated with enzymes conformation, would be produced with the change in conformation. It was found that for optimal amplitude of the signal, the noise was destructive for transport. It was also observed that stochastic resonances could be produced with a noise of proper amplitude for the suboptimal signals. The results show that fluctuations in transmembrane electric potential could occur due to the ion concentration fluctuation in the vincity of the enzyme.
