摘要

As the demands regarding air traffic increases, the landing system requires fundamental improvements to bridge the future needs. The implementation of data-link promises a better information transparency in the future, which facilitates the possibility of free and flexible operations based on the silent coordination. It enables operators to actively detect and satisfy team members’ requirements with a better situational understanding. In this research, the operations based on silent coordination are identified and modeled. Then, Agent-based model (ABM) is applied to study how the interaction between autonomous agents contribute to the system performance. The results show that the system with better information transparency decreases the resource consumed without causing significant delays, which provides insights for the system improvements. To achieve practical implementations in the future, more research is needed to specify the critical information needed to be introduced and the reasonable way to present the new information system.
