摘要

We propose a plasmonic nanolaser on graphene-insulatormetal structures and experimentally demonstrate the current modulated lasing behavior. Graphene serves as a twodimensional material with high electron mobility, which is beneficial to external current injection. When the current is applied, it is obvious to observe the peak intensity dissipation and blue-shifted of the lasing signal. This work exhibits the great potential in active plasmonic devices.
