A 59-year-old man was admitted with right upper quadrant pain. The ultrasound did not show gallstones or biliary dilatation. Cholescintigraphy demonstrated evidence of bile leakage on the 2-hour study. At surgery, a gastric perforation was seen in the prepyloric area.
