N2 - Visible light communication (VLC) has been a prospective complement system for Wi-Fi technology. It is an affordable structure yet providing a wide bandwidth communication because of the LED light spectrum. In order to improve the bandwidth efficiency, VLC method can adopt non-orthogonal-multiple-access (NOMA) and multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) schemes to serve multi user-equipment (UE) by multi-LED network. Nevertheless, light-interference between the LEDs received by every UE and the numbers of UE served by every LED must be considered to maintain VLC performance below the bit-error-ratio (BER) threshold in the MIMO-NOMA network. We had simulated NOMA-MIMOVLC network based on orthogonal-frequency-division-multiplexing (OFDM) modulation from 2 × 2 ; 2 × 3 ; 2 × 4 ; 3 × 2 and 3 × 3 of configuration. The performance of each network will be compared with 1 × 2 ; 1 × 3 and 1 × 4 schemes to observe whether NOMA or MIMO role more dominant in causing severe BER of the VLC systems.
