摘要
The frequency stabilization of a dual-wavelength GaAs broad-area laser with a novel external cavity arrangement is described. The external cavity consists of a grazing incident grating, a telescopic collimation lens system and a V-stripe high reflecting mirror. The V-stripe mirror provides selective feedback of two wavelengths, thus creating a dual wavelength oscillation. The tuning of dual wavelength is accomplished by adjustment of the stripe mirror position. Laser dual wavelength output is coupled out through the grating. With this external cavity arrangement, a tunable dual wavelength output was generated.
