N2 - This chapter focuses on the design and development of a flexible 4-port circularly polarized (CP) MIMO antenna specifically designed for Sub-6 GHz applications. The chapter explores the evolution of the isolating structure deployed among the four antenna elements, providing insights into its design and functionality. In this chapter, experiments are conducted to analyze the bending characteristics of the antenna. The results obtained from these experiments are presented for comparison, enabling a better understanding of the antenna’s performance under different bending conditions. Furthermore, the chapter investigates the CP technique used in the antenna design, specifically examining its contribution to achieving a wide 3-dB axial ratio bandwidth. The analysis includes a detailed investigation of the surface current distribution, shedding light on the behavior and performance of the antenna.
