N2 - An evanescent wave fluorescence-based fiber-optic biosensor is developed for high sensitivity, low cost, compact design and real-time in-situ monitoring. In the research, we accomplished the fiber-optical biosensor system to monitor the reaction of IgG-Anti rabbit IgG and Biotin-Streptavidin, and the kinetic association and dissociation constant of target analytes were calculated.
