摘要
A theoretical model is constructed to predict radio propagation loss at frequency 905 MHz in an office (30 m×10 m×3 m) with multiple low-partitions. Theories of single- and double-knife edges diffraction are combined to formulate the propagation losses due to the low-partitions with height 1.3 m. To verify the accuracy of our model, an experiment of measuring the field strength inside the office is conducted. A half-wavelength dipole antenna and a quarter-wavelength monopole antenna are used as the transmitter and receiver, respectively. The mean square difference between the predicted and measured path losses is under 2 dB.
