摘要
Head nurses in hospitals always need to do lots of administrative work and are burdened with heavy information load. The purpose of this study is to develop a usability-engineered nursing administrative e-form generator to assist them to easily design a simple management information system to collect and analyze data. System was designed using Excel VBA. This system contains form generator, data collection and analysis is easy for healthcare professionals without computer literacy to operate.
