Correction: Reducing signal overload by disconnection tolerant voice service in heterogeneous networks (IEEE Access (2013) 12:8 (1587-1597) DOI: 10.1109/TMC.2012.132)

In the above paper [3], two references [1], [2] were missing. The first sentence of Section III should read "This section proposes an analytical model for DHM, which is based on the mathematical analysis in [1] and [2]. Compared to [1] and [2], DHM has different traffic model and different execution condition (DHM only applies in silent period)." One sentence is appended at the end of acknowledgement: "The authors would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Professor Yi-Bing Lin and Professor Phone Lin for their discussion in mathematical analysis." The authors requested this correction for complementing missing references as well as explaining why the above paper [3] has a similar part in mathematical derivation with two references [1], [2].
