摘要

Congenital ventricular diverticulum is rare. We present the case of a 76-year-old man who underwent cardiac multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) for recent intermittent chest pain. Obstructive single-vessel coronary artery disease was diagnosed. A left ventricular diverticulum of about 10 × 9 mm was found incidentally. Conventional angiography confirmed both diagnoses. Ventricular diverticulum may be more frequently found in the era of cardiac MDCT and should be differentiated from postinfarct (pseudo)-aneurysm.
