摘要

Long term success requires, a company must monitor and strategically reengineer operating process to match the constantly business environment. Companies are developing Build-to-Order (BTO) and Customization-to-Order (CTO) processes with integrated information flows (via a business hub) and material flows (via a logistics hub) ensure long term success. This research analyzes the processes for an integrated hub model with the functional goals to shorten supply chain process the flows, to reduce inventory cost, and to ensure information transparency during material flow and distribution. This research presents the proposal hub model for an automotive industry case that accounts for changing industry sector trends.
