abstract = "The technical performance of badminton players in games can be evaluated based on the performance indices of each shot. The most representative shot performance indices are ball speed, outgoing angle, and ball type usage. In this study, a stereoscopic camera system was utilized to calculate the 3D trajectory of the shuttlecock during the match, enabling precise detection of the timing of each shot and the calculation of ball speed, angle, and type. We developed a prototype system that inputs video of each shot and outputs the performance indices, as well as visualizing the 3D trajectory, which can be used to evaluate player performance. In the final section of the paper, we present the implementation results through case studies and demonstrations.",
