摘要

A 66-year-old man was admitted because of chest tightness for a week. Outing admission, a cardiac catheterization was performed. After catheterization, a pink color, painful sensation, and numbness were noted on his right 4th and 5th fingers. Tl-201 perfusion study and three-phase bone scan were performed. The radionuclide studies suggested arterial thromboembolism. After treatment (Promostan 40 mcg intravenously per day for 1 month), the same radionuclide studies were performed and were essentially normal.
