60-GHz photonic vector signal generation employing frequency quadrupling scheme for radio-over-fiber link

摘要

A novel 60-GHz photonic millimeter-wave signal generation using a frequency quadrupling technique is proposed for the first time. A 312.5-MSym/s 8-QAM millimeter-wave signal at 60 GHz is demonstrated with negligible penalty following 25-km SMF transmission.
