組織簡介
近年來資訊科技的發展趨勢是於整合，不但科學與工程，理論與應用已密切結合，軟體與硬體，物聯網的網路通訊與資料分析，甚至數位家電都在整合的結果。國立交通大學資訊學院，以邁向國際頂尖資訊研究與教學中心為目標。依教學與研究趨勢，資訊學院之較研單位為一系多所(請參見組織架構圖)，大學部為資訊工程學系，以培育下一世代資訊精英為宗旨，研究所三所分別為：資訊科學與工程研究所、網路工程研究所、多媒體工程研究所，以培育高階資訊、網路、多媒體科技專精人才為宗旨。目前交通大學資訊學院為國內大學第一大資訊學院，擁有最充沛的優秀師資，教授多達70位，及全國首屈一指的電腦與網路實驗設備。
