Abstract

The preparation of lipid-like core-shell micelles using functional graft copolymers was reported. The PLA was synthesized from D,L-lactide by ring opening polymerization using Sn(OCt)2 as initiator. Micelles were determined by DLS to analyze the particle size distribution. It was observed that with the introduction of some proportion of hydrophilic monomers, the micelles showed thermal response above 32°C.
