Abstract

A large vestibular aqueduct associated with neurosensory hearing loss is referred to as the vestibular aqueduct syndrome. The vestibular aqueduct syndrome is rarely encountered and can associate with other ear anomalies. We reported two cases demonstrating the imaging findings and reviewed literature.
