Abstract

An embedded pedestrian detection system is presented in this paper. The proposed methods, different from the traditional method implemented in the personal computer, are realized in the DSP platform. In addition, the offered methods can detect and track the pedestrian individually, even when the occlusion happens. Experimental results demonstrate that the stability of the proposed methods.
