Abstract

Study to observe the time histories of IR emissions from various bands of CO//2 simultaneously behind shock waves, to make direct comparison of the relaxation profile and the rate of each mode and to discuss the mechanism of the intramolecular vibrational energy transfer between the nu //3 and other modes between 900-2300 K was carried out.
