Single processor design for 2-D Wiener filter

Abstract

A single processor design of 2-D Wiener filter is proposed. The adaptive processing including linear system solver, filter coefficients generation, correlation matrix generation and 2-D FIR filtering are all mapped to a common structure and are then implemented as single processor. With modularized design, localized and regularized data transfer, high-speed processing is obtained for large volumes of image data.
