Abstract

Large Array Device (LAD)'s electrical performance is very sensitive to its layout. Signal control switching (SCS) can add LAD's performances, but the layout impacting is not depicted in the prior. In this study, the layout with different poly finger amount in one guard ring is discussed for device improvement.
