See-Through Holographic Display for AR Application

Abstract

A see-through holographic display based on the concept of partial hologram has been proposed, and the influence of holographic area distribution on the reconstruction image quality has been investigated and simulated with scalar diffraction theory. The result shows that the more distributed the holographic area, the better the image quality.
