Abstract

The Se nanoislands with amorphous and crystalline type were generated under femtosecond laser pulses irradiation on surface of Bi2Se3 single crystal at room temperature and ambient pressure. The position dependence of diameter distribution of Se nanoislands has been found between 50-500 nm.
