Abstract

In this study, we investigated the effectiveness of negative air ion (NAI) generator on the removal of secondary organic aerosol (SOA) formed from the ozonolysis of d-limonene by using an environmental chamber under controlled air change rate and relative humidity. The clear air delivery rate of NAI generator for SOA ranged from 2.84±0.15 to 5.35±0.22 m3/h. the performance of NAI generator is associated to it NAI production rate and the humidity.
