abstract = "We proposes a novel on-chip mixer that can generate different densities in different micro chambers. The mixer is composed of multiple chambers, which are connected to one main channel, and corresponding active enhancers, which are outside the chambers and are driven by an external pressure source. The walls between the chamber and the active enhancer is deformed by the specified pressure fluctuations and pumps up the liquid from the main channel into the chamber. By changing length of the walls of each chambers, they have different effectiveness of pumping and it results in different density inside different chambers.",
