Photomultiplication narrowing in self-filtering organic photodetectors

Abstract

Narrowband organic photodetectors utilizing the photomultiplication process is implemented through a bilayer structure. A high external quantum efficiency of 5840% with a narrowband response is achieved under a very low bias of -5.0 V.
