Abstract
A sliding-mode control algorithm for MIMO linear discrete systems with matched disturbances is presented in this paper. Using this algorithm, the control gain used to drive the system and the approaching rate used to reach the sliding layer can be appropriately selected to avoid the high gain problem in one-step control. Simulation results are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed sliding-mode controller.
