Modulation of surface plasmon polariton nanolasers on graphene-insulator-metal platform by current injection

Abstract

We propose plasmonic nanolasers on graphene-insulator-metal (GIM) platform and experimentally demonstrate the current modulated lasing behaviors. The lasing peak attenuated and blue-shifted. This platform could become an important building block in active plasmonic devices.
