Abstract

We present the design and fabrication of extra-low shrinkage photopolymer materials for volume holographic recording. Material characterizations show that the material is promising for holographic data storage of sub-tera bytes per disk. It is also suitable for applications of multichannel image processing. Experimental demonstrations on holographic data storage and image processing will be presented.
