Abstract

We experimentally generate various Lissajous beams with an off-axis pumping scheme in a diode-pumped solidstate laser with extremely large Fresnel numbers. With the transformational relationship, we experimentally generate various structured lights by exploiting a cylindrical-lens mode converter to transform the Lissajous beam into the trochoidal beam. A remarkable method to generate optical coherent waves with various orbital spatial morphologies is manifestly disclosed.
