Abstract

We propose a light-diffusing-fiber transmitter (LDF-Tx) equipped unmanned-aerial-vehicle (UAV) for optical-wireless-communication (OWC). Long-short-term-memory-neural-network (LSTMNN) provides efficient rolling-shutter-pattern decoding at 360° around LDF-Tx circumference.
