Abstract

Our nursing information system has been incomplete and not very reliable. The situation is not changed because our IT department is seriously understaffed and the HIS vendor is weak. We decided to take the responsibility to lead the development of our NIS using the Taiwan model to develop our TIGERbased new strategies.
