Abstract

Ku-band injection locked phase shifter is demonstrated in this letter. The low-quality-factor LC tank is used to enhance the tuning and locking range, and also minimize the phase noise degradation. Moreover, the CMOS technology eases phase shifter integration with other components and therefore, it is suitable for phased-array applications.
