In a traditional vehicle to anything (V2X) use case, we already have a sophisticated service provisioning infrastructure based on the Long-term evolution design for addressing a group of same content receiving entities through the evolved multimedia broadcast multicast services employment proven to be practically realizable apt architecture, more specifically viable for the connected autonomous vehicles (CAVs). With resource exploitation advantage in connected cars making up an Intelligent Transport System (ITS) comes the performance stringent challenges for the existing 5G eMBMS based V2X. This paper offers optimal performance requirements of ultra-reliable low latency communication (URLLC) through an extension of the obtainable local eMBMS based V2X and containerized user equipment (UE) model. Novel approach for maximized throughput due to locally containerized UEs is proposed and proved. Also high reliability is guaranteed via path diverse network with repeated microservice deployment over multiple CAVs involved in a certain process exhibiting redundant resource availability and their efficient exploitation. Solution constitutes a hybrid architecture of containerized services with reactive between and orchestrated within depiction.
