Abstract

As one of the most promising optoelectronic devices, perovskite materials have attracted significant attention in recent years, and three-dimensional perovskite materials show better charge transfer efficiency than two-dimensional ones. However, the defects of three-dimensional perovskite lead to high recombination, and we use CsAc to post-treatment the surface of MAPbI3, which not only passivates the interface defects but also improves the optoelectronic performance.
