Enhanced ammonia (NH3) sensing response of UV-light treated organic thin-film transistors(OTFTs)

Abstract

This paper reports a simple process to enhance the ammonia gas sensing. By using UV treatment, the functional group on the surface of the dielectric was modulated. The proposed method enhanced gas sensing ability. By combining the device with and without the proposed treatment, sensing selectivity was preliminarily established.
