Abstract

This work demonstrates that reticulate Sn film with nano-sized porosity can be obtained simply by direct electrodeposition of Sn nanowires without using any additive and template in a water and air stable ionic liquid, namely l-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium dicyanamide (EMI-DCA) at 313 K.
