Abstract

There is a need to develop integrated certification program in Taiwan to cultivate integrated care professionalism to optimal continuity care. This paper describes the steps of development of integrated care certification program based on gap analysis. The evaluation of integrated care certification program is presented. In conclusion, providing integrated care to achieve good quality of care by promoting integrated certification program is critically important.
