Correction to: Effect of exercise intervention dosage on reducing visceral adipose tissue: a systematic review and network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (International Journal of Obesity, (2021), 45, 5, (982-997), 10.1038/s41366-021-00767-9)

Following the publication of this article, it was noted that an error was made in the use of data from Ballin et al. (2019) and other studies included as part of the meta- analysis. Pooled standard deviation was used in error rather than raw standard deviation, and standard error was used in error instead of standard deviation, to estimate the effect size for intervention and control groups. Data has now been corrected and text, tables and figures modified accordingly. The authors confirm the conclusions presented remain unchanged.
