Abstract

By 0°-13° tilted-angle coupling a dual-mode VCSEL with an OM4-MMF lensed fiber, the NRZ-OOK encoded dual-mode VCSEL can provide a back-to-back transmission at 69 Gbit/s in the OM4-MMF data link after performing data waveform pre-emphasis.
