Abstract

Recently, the emergence of blockchain has brought about a wave of applications. Many scholars and researchers have put forward an exchange structure of electronic medical record and medical data based on the blockchain technology. These design concepts and built systems have reached a great extent of the safe sharing of medical information. In fact, in addition to the electronic medical information, many patients also strongly care for the sharing of expertise and quality of medical service providers. This is because it is one of the important references while patients seek suitable medical professionals. Therefore, on the basis of the blockchain of existing electronic medical records and information exchange, we have designed and embedded an anonymous medical quality of service evaluation & comment system, which allows only outpatients, emergency patients and inpatients who have been served by a doctor to submit anonymous evaluations or comments. However, if the medical personnel think that he/she faces malicious evaluations or comments, the attacker can be rectified through court and the appropriate tracking mechanisms. After the system performance and security analysis is conducted, we confirm that the efficiency and security of this architecture is excellent.
