Abstract

In this study, we propose various methods to increase the colloidal quantum dot (CQD) efficiency in a packaged LED. The amount of CQD is much higher than the regular concentration with some of them over 40% of weight percentage. The microcarriers were applied to hold the CQDs and an 63.5% improvement of color conversion efficiency can be observed.
