Abstract

We demonstrated a semiconductor process based procedure to fabricate a high resolution colloidal quantum dot array. The color conversion efficiency can be as high as 17.9% and further enhanced 1.64 times by an additional DBR mirror. The vacuum storage time is projected to be 3523 hours.
