Abstract

This paper presents integrated amorphous silicon thin film transistor (a-Si) gate driver circuit which is composed of two pairs of independent clock signals(CLKl,CLKlB,CLK2, and CLK2B). By overlapping 50% of CK I and CK2 signal in time domain, high resolution display panel can be achieved.
