Abstract

A new source-follower-type analogue buffer employing LTPS TFTs is proposed for AMLCD and AMOLED. The simulation results indicate that the proposed circuit is capable of minimizing the variation from both the charging time and the device characteristics and maximizing the range of the input voltage by adding an active load and a new compensation operation.
